Francesca has provided strategic and technical advice to government and civil society leaders, focusing on education policy, decentralization, village governance, peacebuilding, and gender-based violence prevention. Currently, she leads Abt Australia's International Technical Practice, designing and implementing innovative, evidence-based approaches to development challenges.
